Your Health in your "Thumb"

There are various Acupressure points in our palms and fingers. When these acupressure points are activated, it can bring lots of health benefits.

In this article, I have explained in detail about the major acupressure points that are present in the Thumb of the hand. Acupressure points from Top to bottom in the picture represents the following : 

1) Brain 
2) Pituitary Gland 
3) Pineal Gland 
4) Nerves related to mind
5) Nerves related to Body functions. 



How to Press ? 
1) Need to press the left Thumb points using the right Thumb as shown in figure. 
2) Need to press the right Thumb points using the left Thumb.
3) Need to press daily Morning and Evening. 
4) Need to press 40 times slowly. 

Benefits of pressing these Points : 

  • Improves the Memory 
  • Improves the Concentration 
  • Calms and relaxes the mind 
  • Improves the decision making

  • One - Belive in atleast "One" thing without any question. It might be God,hardwork,Nature, Master, etc.

  • Seven - Spend the "Seven"th day of the week Sunday with your family and friends. 
  • Eight - Go for atleast "Eight" rounds in the ground daily. If not possible, do some physical activity daily. 
  • Nine - Come home from office atleast by "Nine" daily. 
  • Ten - Speak atealst "Ten" minutes with your family members daily. 

Sujatha was one of the most popular authors in Tamil. He was the author of over 100 novels, 250 short stories, ten books on science, ten stage plays, and a slim volume of poems.
