The Happy Zen Tips for Healthy Life

I have written the below health tips after much research from Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Alternative therapies, etc. Indeed I have tried all the below points and got good results.

Once you start following the below tips your blood gets purified and the new cells formed in your body will be healthy. It gives you lots of stamina, energy and strength. Below tips are written to clean your physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual body to live a blissful life. 

Things To-Do:
1.Do Exercise daily.
2.Do Meditation daily.
3.Use stairs instead of elevator.
4.Eat more of fruits and vegetables.
5.Drink Vegetable soup.
6.Drink Herbal Tea.
7. Use Jaggery and Palm Jaggery.
8.Finish dinner before 8.00 PM
9.Wakeup at 6.00 PM daily Morning.
10.Eat only when you are feeling hungry.
11.Chew the food properly with saliva while eating.
12.Drink one glass of warm water after 30 mins of meals.
13. Give proper rest to body.
14. Drink Green Tea.
15. Love everyone unconditionally.
16. Forgive everyone.
17. Have enthusiasm towards your work.
19. Pray daily.
20. Do oil pulling daily morning.
21. Perform fasting regularly.
22. Pray and bless the food before eating.
23. Be happy and content with your life.
24. Chant the holy names of God as much as possible throughout the day.


Things To-Avoid :
1. Avoid Tea / Coffee.
2. Avoid Parotta and items made of maida.
3. Avoid Bakery Items
4. Avoid Carbonated Water
5. Avoid Processed Tinned foods.
6. Avoid eating in Hotels and Restaurants.
7. Avoid eating Non-Veg food.
8. Avoid drinking milk before going for sleep.
9. Avoid Sweets and Chocolates.
10. Avoid Ice cream.
11. Avoid Dairy Products like Milk, Butter, Ghee, cheese, etc.
12. Avoid watching or reading news.
13. Avoid Smoking and drinking Alcohol.

Try to follow as much as possible for the next 90 days and see the difference in your health.
