Five days residential program at NISTAI have brought lots of
positive changes within me. One such change is eating raw natrual breakfast
daily morning.
I got inspiration from the breakfast menu at NISTAI and
started eating natural breakfast filled with fruits, coconut and carrot. It
fuels me with lots of energy. It is yummy and healthy too.
