3B's Meditation - Instant Meditation

Whenever I ask my friends, about the reason for not meditating, most of them give me the same answer "Sorry, No time", "Where is the time Bro ?", "Hello, do you know how busy I Am?". Everyone is so busy cutting the tree's, while no time to sharp the AXE. Time is a lame excuse, which I don't agree as everyone have time for WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

I would like to Introduce "3B'S Meditation" for all those busy people who doesn't have time for meditation. 3B's refers to 3 Breaths. One of the unique feature of "3B's Meditation" is that it takes less than 10 Seconds for this Meditation practice. It is a trimmed version of Vipassana Meditation ( Buddha got enlightened using this Technique ).

In the book "One small Step can Change Your Life - The Kaizen way", Robert Maurer explains beautifully the importance of taking small steps when compared to giant leaps. In your busy life, take a small break for 10 seconds every one hour and practice this 3B'S meditation to calm your mind and soul.

Meditation Technique : 
1. Sit is comfortable position.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Observe your natural breath going In / Coming Out for for three times.
4. Slowly massage your eyes and open it.

Don't s: 
1. Don't do conscious breathing. Just observe your natural breath.
2. Don't do this Meditation while you are driving car or needs your conscious attention.

1. You can do this "3B's Meditation" whenever you get 10 seconds.
2. It is Anywhere, Anyplace and Anytime Meditation.
4. You can do this while commuting in bus, train or Flight.
4. You can do this before a meeting or presentation, etc to calm / Relax your mind.

Quick Tips : 
1. Set a reminder in your Mobile, to do 3B'S Meditation for every one hour during day time.
2. After 21 days of practice upgrade to 6B'S ( 6 breaths )
3. You need to double the breath / time for every 21 days until it reaches 10 mins.
