Easy Tips for happier and healthier life


  1. Do Meditation for atleast 20 minutes daily. 
  2. Do exercise for 20 minutes in the morning. 
  3. Eat only when feeling hungry.
  4. Chew the food properly while closing the lips. 
  5. Ensure that the food is mixed with saliva completely. 
  6. Stop eating when the stomach is 3/4 full. 
  7. Don't speak while eating. 
  8. Don't watch Television while eating. 
  9. Don't drink water while eating. 
  10. Drink water only in the glass (or) Cup sipping it slowly. 
  11. Bless the food / water before intake. 
  12. Sleep early and Wake up early in the morning. 
  13. Eat healthy vegetables, greens, and fruits. 
  14. Avoid eating unhealthy processed food items. 
  15. Walk in the stairs and don't use lift. 
  16. Whenever possible walk in bare foot. 
  17. Walk to the nearby places instead of using motorcycle or car. 
  18. Learn REIKI and use it anytime of the day. 
  19. Learn hypnosis and use it before sleep. 
  20. Be calm and relaxed in every situation. 
  21. Daily morning slowly massage your both palms and fingers. 
  22. Practice Yogic relaxation technique daily. 
  23. Let go of the past and live in present moment. 
  24. Love each and everyone in this beautiful world. 
  25. Forgive everyone including yourself. 
  26. Visit nearby temple (or) Church (or) Mosque (or) Holy place daily. 
  27. Pray to God for guidance and good health. 
  28. Avoid watching Television and reading Newspaper. 
  29. Think Good, Do Good and Be Good. 
  30. Be grateful for all the good things in your life.
