Law of Attraction - An Introduction

Whole universe is governed by many laws. Law of attraction is one such universal law like the Law of gravity. If you believe in Law of gravity, you should believe in Law of attraction also. 

Law of attraction is an Universal law that attracts to us, that we think most of the time. In simpler terms, if you think positive thoughts, it attracts positive things in our life. As per modern science we think 60,000 thoughts per day and 80 percent of the time we think negative thoughts and there is no surprise that we attract negative things in our life. One of the greatest discovery in the twentieth century is that, we can change our life by changing our thoughts positively. 

Law of attraction is nothing new for us. Our Yogis have written thousands of years back in our scriptures as "Ennam Pol Vazhki" or "Manam pol Vazhvu". In Bible Chapter 23: Verse 7, it is written "As a man Thinkenth in his heart, so he is". Buddha quoted beautifully as "What we think, we become". Swami Vivekananda quoted that "You are the creator of your destiny"

After knowing the law of attraction, I have played with it for past five years and got 99.99% success rate. I have attracted chips, Visited Switzerland, closed my home loan in three years and the list goes on. If it is possible for me, it is possible for everyone in this world. 

However, in-order to attract the things that we desire we have some rules. These rules are explained in detail in the book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne, "The Power of subconscious Mind" by Dr.Joseph Murphy, "Alpha Meditation" by Dr.Nagore Rumi.

The book "The Secret" recommends 3 step process for manifestation. 
  • Step 1 - ASK ( Ask clearly what you want to the Universe with faith. If you need a car, you need to be very clear with your requirements like Color, brand, model etc. Ex New Sparkling Gold Color Ford Figo [1.2l VCT Petrol]
  • Step 2 - BELIEVE ( Believe that Universe will deliver it. You need to daydream often that you have already bought the car and enjoying a pleasant ride with your loved ones ) 
  • Step 3 - RECEIVE ( Universe will start moving the things and delivers it on the right time. However, you need to have patience ).

In a nutshell, "Like attracts Like". You can create your future using your thoughts, Creative Visualization, Imagination, belief, patience etc. The Secret is no more a secret and you are born to live a beautiful life filled with good health, happiness, peace, love, bliss and Abundance, etc. 


Universe is waiting to bless you whatever you Ask. Ask it with faith and wait patiently for the universe to deliver it at your doorsteps. Happy Manifesting.

Raja Pethi ( Self Dysentry ) - A Nature cure

Kudal Suttham, Udal Suttham ( Clean Intestine leads to Clean Body ) - Tamil Proverb 

As per Naturopathy, "Accumulation of waste (Morbid matter) in the body, is the root cause of disease". Naturopathy recommends cleaning of the intestine using Fasting, Enema and Raja Pethi ( Self Dysentery). I am pleasantly surprised when I read that some birds also take natural enema is river beds and ponds to keep themselves healthy. 

It is recommended to perform Pethi ( Self Dysentry) once in three months to keep the intestine clean. Eventhough Enema helps to keep the intestine clean, it doesn't clean the whole intestine. 

After listening to Thiru.Healer Baskar speech about the importance of cleaning the body, I have decided to take Pethi. I have bought the Raja Pethi Maathiray available in the Naatu Marunthu Kadai ( Local Siddha Shop ). It costs only Rs.30 and it can keeps you healthy. You can also perform Pethi using Thripala Churna, Kadukai, etc. 

Raja Pethi Maathiray Pack Contents :
1. 3 small tablets  (Green Color ) - To Induce Self Dysentry.
2. Tuvarpu Podi ( Red Color ) - To stop Dysentry ( Optional ) 
3. Instructions manual - How and when to take the Pethi tablets and Tuvarpu Podi. 

Pethi Procedure : 
It is best to take pethi on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday ( It is believed that these days are hot and good for doing Pethi). 

You need to wakeup at six in the early morning and finish all your morning rituals like brushing, bathroom, etc. In the empty stomach take 3 pethi tablets. It will take one to two hours to start it's effects. You will get a feeling to go for bathroom. You might get motion for 5 to 6 times. After your every bathroom session have a glass of warm water. After 5 to 6 times, once you get a clean urine instead of motion, you can assume that intestine is clean and dystentry is stopped. Whole process will be for around 6 to 7 hours. You need to take rest during those period. 

How to finish the Pethi ?
Taking bath in cold water or drinking buttermilk will end the pethi. If the dysentry is continous even after 5 to 6 times, you can use the Tuvarpu Podi ( Red Color) to stop it. 

What to eat after your successful Pethi ? 
Once your pethi process is completed, have Rasam in hot rice or buttermilk in hot rice or hot kanji. For two days have only light food like Idli, Curd rice, Kanji etc. Strictly avoid spicy, Non-Veg, parotta, oily foods, etc. 

The Happy Zen Experience : 
I got a mild bearable stomach pain for sometime, after I have taken the three pethi tablets. As a Natural researcher, I am aware that pain is a indiciation of healing. When I get motion after 90 minutes, it is black. It means it is there in the intestine for a long time. I got motion for 5 to 6 times after that it stopped. After the Pethi session, I felt very light in abdomen and my body. You need to experience it, to feel the bliss. 

The Happy Zen Verdict : 
I strongly recommend you to take pethi once in three months. If You have some chronic illness please consult your Naturopathy specialists before taking it.

Recently I have watched the Tamil movie "Aramm" and I pleasantly surprised by the Director Gopi Nainar good social message in the movie. A big note of appreciation to the Director for taking such a beautiful concept and portraying it brilliantly in the silver screen. 

Nayanthra have lived in the character of a district collector as Madhivadhani. Her acting have matured a lot in recent times and there is no surprise that she is in top position at the Kollywood film industry. She is the lifeline of the movie and the movie revolves around her. Nayanthra reminds me the Salem collector Rohini Bidari who is news for her bold decisions. 

When the top directors are searching for commercial hits, Gopi Nainar have made a bold move to give a strong social message through this movie. The movie beautifully pictures the current situation of developing India. In one direction, India have the world record for launching 104 satellites in the year 2017 from a single rocket, beating Russia which sent 37 satellites in 2014. In one more direction, the remote villages are not connected and  still the basic life saving facilities are missing. 

Movie Aramm reminded me of our people doctor Dr.BM Hegde speech, who requests the government to help the malnutritioned children instead of concentrating on multi-million dollar space mission. 

The movie ends with a good social messge that "We don't want to be a politician or collector to help the needy, if you have a burning desire you can help them by many ways". 

Yes we have persons like Arun Krishnamurthy (Environmentalist Foundation of India), Piyush Manush( Environmental Activist), Narayan Krishnan( Chef turned Social Worker), etc  does good to the people silently without much money and power. 

Yes, you too can make difference in someone's life. I don't recommend you to become a social worker to help the needy.  You can make a difference in someone life by buying vegetables and fruits from roadside vendors. Sponsor your Security or home-maid or housekeeping persons son or daughter education. If you have a burning desire you will get hundreds of ways to help the needy.

Jacket Story - Powers of Mind

I have misplaced my jacket in my office. I have forgotten completely where I have kept it. 

Suddenly, I remembered a WhatsApp story. In that story a person will lost his watch in a hay. He will search for a long time and he could not find it. He becomes tired and sit silently and close his eyes. When he is silent, he could hear the ticking sound of the watch and he finds his watch. The story ends with a moral that, when you are silent you can find everything in your life. 

I tried to use the same concept and sit silently and closed my eyes to find my Jacket. I have taken three deep breath. Within seconds, I got a flashback like a movie where I have kept my jacket. In my mind, I could clearly see that I am keeping my jacket in a chair at our office rooftop during Lunch. 

I ran to the rooftop to check whether the Jacket is still there. Yes, our office is CCTV monitored and is highly secured and I got my jacket back. 


Moral of the Story :
Our subconscious mind contains all the information. If you are silent, your inner voice will guide you in proper direction.

How to keep your New Year resolution ?

Everyone makes a New year resolution every year. However, as per statistics only 8 percentage of the people stick to the New Year resolution's. New Year resolutions melts like an ice cream before we cross January. I really admired a WhatsApp joke quoting "My New year resolution for this year is to keep last year resolution". 

In this article I will give some simple steps that I follow to keep my New Year resolutions. 

Writing your New Year resolution :
Step 1 - Take a dairy and title it as "My New Year Resolution - 2018".  
Step 2 : In the 1st page, write down all your New Year resolutions. 
Step 3 - Below the New year resolution, write a positive affirmations related to your New year resolution.  

New Year Resolution Example : 
1. Wake up at 6.00 AM morning.
2. Drink 2 glass of water in empty stomach.
3. Do Yoga / Exercise for 20 mins.
4. Eat healthy nutritious food.
5. Eat only when feeling hungry.
6. Eat consciously. 
7. Enjoy each and every moment of life.
8. Read 5 books per month.
9. Do Oil Pulling
10. Sleep at 10.00 PM

Positive Affirmation [ Example ] : 
I am healthy. I am fit. I am whole and complete. I enjoy reading good books. I sleep peacefully. I love waking up early. I am happy. I am healed. I am energetic. I am radiant. I am vibrant. Thank you God for making me healthy and happy.

Daily To-Do : 
Step 1 - As soon as you wake up in the morning and before retiring to bed, read your New Year resolutions and the positive affirmations.
Step 2 - Take a new page in the diary, and write the affirmations once again and draw images about your resolutions. 
Step 2 - Close your eyes and visualize as if you have achieved your New year resolutions. See a happier, healthier and successful version of yourself in your mind. 
Additional Tip - You can also read your New Year resolution and visualize whenever you are free for 5 minutes during day time. 

How it works ?
When you read, write and visualize your New Year resolution repeatedly, it stores in your subconscious mind. Anything that gets imprinted in the subconscious mind will be manifested. 

I follow this technique for my goals and New Year resolutions and I got good results. Give it a try and become a better version of "You". You need to take action to change your life. Universe is ready to shower its blessings for the persons who believes and takes action. Yes, you can do it.

The Happy Zen's - New Year 2018 Message to "You"

I admire the quote, "You are rich, if you have roof on your top, food on your plate, colorful dress on your wardrobe, lovely working environment with a decent salary, good family and friends". I can confidently tell that I am one of the richest persons on this beautiful world.

As per me each and everyone of us is uniquely talented and blessed with lots of good things in our life. When we start counting the blessings, we will be happy. However, most of the time we complaint about the things that we don't have and live a mediocre life. Please be informed that the thing that you complaint about is the one, someone is praying for.

"Ennakul Oruvan" ( Lucia In Kannada) is a beautiful Tamil movie with a strong message to each and everyone of us. We always want to live someone's life, without knowing the true value of our own life.

Starting on this New Year 2018, start loving your life, as if it was a blessing. Accept the things as it is, that are out of your control. Be happy and content with what you have. I could hear you saying "Boss, it is easy to say but difficult to follow". Yes, I agree that it is difficult but remember that it is very much possible if you try with dedication and commitment.

I have given some of important points to be followed from this New Year 2018 based on my thirteen years of research.

14. Have a clear goals.

17. Have a smile on your face always.
18. Be in present moment.
19. Sleep well.
20. Read good books daily for 30 minutes.
22. Eat only when you are hungry.
23. Chew your food thoroughly.
24. Spend every sunday with your family and friends.
26. Joy is in the journey.
27. Go for vacations regularly.
28. Spend quality time with nature.
29. Stand in evening sun light for 20 minutes daily.
30. Treat everyone equally.

Try to follow as much as possible and You will be surprised to see a healthier and happier version of you. You can change your external world by changing your internal world with positive thoughts and feelings.

Five days residential program at NISTAI have brought lots of positive changes within me. One such change is eating raw natrual breakfast daily morning. 

I got inspiration from the breakfast menu at NISTAI and started eating natural breakfast filled with fruits, coconut and carrot. It fuels me with lots of energy. It is yummy and healthy too.

1. Have prana ( Life force) that is required for effective bodily functions.
