My Beloved Masters

During my search for good health, happiness, success and inner peace I have been blessed with the below great masters who have guided me to light. I am thankful for all these masters who have made a remarkable contribution in transforming my life beautifully. 

I haven't met most of my masters personally, however I got inspirations from their books, blogs, Youtube, Audiobooks, etc. However, I still believe if you keep your ears and eyes open everyone will be your master. I thank each and everyone of them who have helped me to grow Optimistically.    


I got inspiration from the below Zig Zaglar's "Wall of Gratitude" and prepared the above poster. Indeed, Zig Zaglar is one of my master who injected lots of inspiration to lead an Optimistic life.

I heartily welcome you to my blog filled with positive energy. I am really happy to see you here. 

I have searched the answers for good health, happiness and inner peace for the past 14 years. During which I have read many books, attended many workshops, and got a chance to meet great enlightened masters. With the grace of the Divine intelligence and Masters I have been answered almost all my queries. However, the answers have surprised me, that good health, happiness,inner peace, the path for enlightenment is already within everyone of us and sadly, we are searching for it outside. Once we change the search direction inwards, we will surely achieve it.

Divine White Light - Healing Meditation

Duration : 3 Minutes
Time : Any Time

Technique : 

  • Sit in comfortable position. 
  • Pray to your favourite God or Master or Universe for guidance
  • Take 5 slow deep breathing 
  • Imagine a divine sparkling white light is entering your body through the head and fills the entire body.
  • Imagine that your whole body is surrounded with white sparkling light 
  • Keep your both hands on the organ that needs healing and visualise that a white light fills that particular organ and heals it completely. 
  • Let the hand be there in the organ or 1 or 2 minutes
  • Slowly rub your both palms and open your eyes. 
  • Thank your favourite God or Master or Universe for guidance

Repeat this technique as much as possible throughout the day. If your faith is pure, cure is for sure.

How this works ? 
Divine White Light : Divine white light has the power to heal. You can see white light coming from the hand chakra in many divine photos.

Visualising : Visualising that the organ is healing will eventually program the sub-concious mind. Once the sub-concious mind believe it, it will start the healing process.

Energy Follows Thought : When you focus your thought in that particular organ, the Energy [ or Prana] will flow to that particular organ and heal it.

Tip Bits : 
Above technique can be practised whenever you are free. It can be even practised before retiring to sleep or as soon as you wake up from bed.

Living Happy is easy

If you think, money bring happiness it is time to re-wire your thinking process. Happiness is already hidden with everyone of us.  It is well-known universal truth that the happiness created through materialistic things won't last long and it will eventually fade away. Only through wisdom, we can achieve the happiness life long.

People who are happy doesn't have everything, but they appreciate everthing what they have. Be grateful for the food on the plate, roof on your head, colorful dresses we have on our wardrobe, loving family and friends, etc. 

In this below video, Adam Khoo explains the secrets of happiness in simple terms. He is a self made millionaire at the age of 26. He is a Singaporean entrepreneur, national best-selling author and trainer.

Power of Money

Some of you may already know that I travel around the region pretty frequently, having to visit and conduct seminars at my offices in Malaysia , Indonesia , Thailand and Suzhou ( China ) . I am in the airport almost every other week so I get to bump into many people who have attended my seminars or have read my books.

Recently, someone came up to me on a plane to KL and looked rather shocked. He asked, 'How come a millionaire like you is traveling economy?' My reply was, 'That's why I am a millionaire. ' He still looked pretty confused.

This again confirms that greatest lie ever told about wealth (which I wrote about in my latest book 'Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires'). Many people have been brainwashed to think that millionaires have to wear Gucci, Hugo Boss, Rolex, and sit on first class in air travel. This is why so many people never become rich because the moment they earn more money, they think that it is only natural that they spend more, putting them back to square one.

The truth is that most self-made millionaires are frugal and only spend on what is necessary and of value. That is why they are able to accumulate and multiply their wealth so much faster.

Over the last 7 years, I have saved about 80% of my income while today I save only about 60% (because I have my wife, mother in law, 2 maids, 2 kids, etc. to support). Still, it is way above most people who save 10% of their income (if they are lucky).

I refuse to buy a first class ticket or to buy a $300 shirt because I think that it is a complete waste of money. However, I happily pay $1,300 to send my 2-year old daughter to Julia Gabriel Speech and Drama without thinking twice.



When I joined the YEO (Young Entrepreneur's Orgn) a few years back (YEO is an exclusive club open to those who are under 40 and make over $1m a year in their own business), I discovered that those who were self-made thought like me. Many of them with net worth well over $5 m, travelled economy class and some even drove Toyotas and Nissans, not Audis, Mercs, BMWs..

I noticed that it was only those who never had to work hard to build their own wealth (there were also a few ministers' and tycoons' sons in the club) who spent like there was no tomorrow. Somehow, when you did not have to build everything from scratch, you do not really value money. This is precisely the reason why a family's wealth (no matter how much) rarely lasts past the third generation.

Thank God my rich dad foresaw this terrible possibility and refused to give me a cent to start my business.

Then some people ask me, 'What is the point in making so much money if you don't enjoy it?' The thing is that I don't really find happiness in buying branded clothes, jewellery or sitting first class. Even if buying something makes me happy it is only for a while, it does not last.

Material happiness never lasts, it just gives you a quick fix. After a while you feel lousy again and have to buy the next thing which you think will make you happy. I always think that if you need material things to make you happy, then you live a pretty sad and unfulfilled life..

Instead, what makes me happy is when I see my children laughing and playing and learning so fast. What makes me happy is when I see my companies and trainers reaching more and more people every year in so many more countries.

What makes me really happy is when I read all the emails about how my books and seminars have touched and inspired someone's life.

What makes me really happy is reading all your wonderful posts about how this blog is inspiring you. This happiness makes me feel really good for a long time, much much more than what a Rolex would do for me.

I think the point I want to put across is that happiness must come from doing your life's work (be it teaching, building homes, designing, trading, winning tournaments etc.) and the money that comes is only a by-product. Save this message to read it time to time.

5 Minutes [DRT] Deep Relaxation Technique :

Osho beautifully quotes "Body is visible Mind and Mind is invisbile body". So, you can relax the mind by relaxing the body. 
Below Deep Relaxation technique is designed to relax both the body and mind. It is simple and powerful technique that can be done by anyone. 

When to do ?
It can be practised during the lunch break or during the morning/evening commute in train or bus. It will give better results if you practise this before going to bed night. 

Position : 
Option # 1 : Relax in Savasana [ Lie down on your back with your legs and hands apart with the hands facing the ceiling]
Option # 2 : Sit straight in the chair 
Option # 3 : In train or bus or car - sit in comfortable position with your eyes closed.  

Pre-condition : 
Close your eyes and take 10 deep concious breathing

DRT Technique : 
Affirm the below commands in your mind. While affirming move your complete awareness to that particular body part. 

Toes is getting relaxed. 
Soles is getting relaxed. 
Heals is getting relaxed. 
Ankle joints is getting relaxed. 
Calf muscles is getting relaxed. 
Knee joints is getting relaxed. 
Thigh muscles is getting relaxed. 
Hips and buttocks is getting relaxed. 
Stomach is getting relaxed. 
Chest is getting relaxed. 
Ribs is getting relaxed. 
Back is getting relaxed. 
Fingers is getting relaxed. 
Palms is getting relaxed. 
Fore arms is getting relaxed.
Hands is getting relaxed.
Shoulders is getting relaxed. 
Neck is getting relaxed. 
Chin is getting relaxed. 
Mouth is getting relaxed. 
Nose is getting relaxed. 
Eyes is getting relaxed.

Two Minute Meditation

You can do this mediation whenever and wherever you get time even for 2 minutes. It will bring you good health,happiness, inner peace and joy. 

Precondition : 

1) Sit comfortable in a chair or in lotus position. 
2) Close your eyes 

Step 1* : Relax your whole body from Toes to head. 

Step 2 : Take 10 deep concious breathing. 
Step 3 : Imagine you are surrounded with divine white light. White symbolises divine protection and guidance. 
Step 4 : Imagine you are surrounded with green light. Green symbolises good health. Visualise and send the green light to the organ that needs healing. 
Step 5 : Imagine you are surrounded with pink light. Pink symbolises Love and it has the power to attract all the good things in your life. 
Step 6 : Thank the masters and the infinite intelligence and slowly open your eyes. 

(Step 1)* : Affirm the below commands and bring the complete awareness to that particular organ while affirming. 

“My feets are completely relaxed, my legs are relaxed. Right now my stomach muscles are relaxing. My heart is beating perfectly, my breathing is calm and relaxed. My hands are relaxed. 50 Golden Tips for a Healthier and Happier Life

1.    Eat as much as possible healthy fruits and vegetables.
2.    Drink Vegetable soup freshly prepared @ home.
3.    Drink Herbal Tea
4.    Eat only when feeling Hungry
5.    Stop eating when your stomach is 75% full
6.    Avoid drinking water while eating
7.    Chew the food thoroughly with saliva while eating.
8.    While eating concentrate only on eating the food
9.    Sit in the floor while eating food.
10.  Bless the food before eating
11.  Do a small prayer and Thank God for the food in the plate before starting eating.
12.  Do fasting once in week or once in a month to clean the internal system.
13.  As much as possible drink water in a cup sipping slowly.
