Position :
Option # 1 : Relax in Savasana [ Lie down on your back with your legs and hands apart with the hands facing the ceiling]
Option # 2 : Sit straight in the chair
Option # 3 : In train or bus or car - sit in comfortable position with your eyes closed.
Pre-condition :
Close your eyes and take 10 deep concious breathing
