A Simple Technique to relieve pain

Incase if you have pain in any part/organ of the body and would like to cure it without medicine and the below technique is surely for you.  I have tried this technique as taught by Dr.Nagore Rumi sir many times and it worked as a miracle every-time. Your body has the power to heal itself, believe it. 

Technique :

  • Step 1 : Comfortably sit it chair / Lotus Position / Lie in the bed with the back straight without pillow in savasana position. 
  • Step 2 : Close your both eyes. 
  • Step 3 : Take 3 slow deep breathing. 
  • Step 4 : Consciously move your attention to the part of the body / Organ which has pain. 
  • Step 5 : Slowly observe the pain with awareness for 3 ~ 5 minutes. 
  • Step 6 : Rub your both hands and slowly massage your eyes and open it. 



How it works ? 
When you move your concentration to the part/ organ, prana [ Life force] is being immediately diverted to that area. Prana [ Life Force] has the power to heal and it immediately cures the pain. 

Word of Caution : 
It is advisable to do this practice for acute pain. In-case if you have chronic pain, please visit your nearest Alternative Therapist.
