Divine Light Healing Meditation - 5 Mins

Pre-Condition :
1) Sit in a comfortable position with the back straight. Lotus position is preffered. 
2) Close both your eyes.
3) Keep your hands over the lap with the palms facing upwards or in Chin Mudra. 

Divine Light Meditation Technique : 
Step 1 : Slowly breath and count down from 10 to 1 for every breath. 
Step 2 : Imagine a beautiful Divine white light surrounds you.
Step 3 : Affirm slowly in your mind as "Divine Light flows through every cell in my body and makes it complete, whole and perfect" for 7 times. 
Step 4 : Affirm "I am feeling healthy, happy, energetic and peaceful. Thank you Lord".
Step 4 : Slowly count 1 to 5 for every breath and open the eyes. 



Key Points :
Do this Meditation as soon as you wake up in the morning and before retiring for bed for maximum benefits. It is during this time the Subconcious Mind is active. 
However it can be done when you have 5 minutes free time during day also.

Above Technique is received to me during my Trance state. It is during this Trance state Edgar Cayce, Edison, Tesla, Madam Curie got all the information from the universe. After doing this meditation my pain in the right foot is healed.
