Positive Affirmations are positive/inspiring phrases that you repeat to yourself which programs the
sub-conscious mind. Once the Sub-conscious mind is programmed, it can
do miracles. An affirmation works like “fake it until
you make it”.
Words we speak and the thoughts we
think, silently programs our sub-conscious mind. It is believed that on an
average we have around 70,000 thoughts per day.
Surprisingly,
only 10% of the thoughts are positive and useful. If we are able to increase the positive
thoughts percentage then we can rewrite our future.
One of the best and easy tool available with us to program the mind is called as “Affirmations”.
How to repeat the Affirmations ?
- As soon as you wake up in the morning slowly close your eyes and repeat the affirmations.
- Affirmations can be repeated all over the day whenever we have time [ (i.e) In bus, car, waiting in queue, etc]
- Power of affirmations will be multiplied, if you say it watching your eyes in the mirror.
- Before falling asleep, sit in a comfortable position and tell the affirmations closing the eyes.
Even
Buddha has agreed this concept and told this before 2500 years as “What we think, we become”. Affirm daily to have a happy, healthy,
prosperous and successful life. Practice
affirmations continuously for 21 days and you can start seeing the positive
changes in you.
