Tips for Brain Power


  1. Learn new skill. 
  2. Learning new language. 
  3. Use your left hand* for brushing the teeth. 
  4. Do meditation daily for at-least 20 minutes. 
  5. Do exercise for at-least 20 minutes. 
  6. Eat fresh fruits, greens and vegetables. 
  7. Read lots of good books. 
  8. Do Sudoko and Puzzles.
