Food - Myth Busters

Which food to eat ? 
Fruits / Vegetables / Millet's / Cereals that are grown in your locality. 

How much food to eat ? 
Until 3/4th of your stomach. 

When to eat ? 
Eat the food only when you are feeling Hungry. Drink water only when your thirty. Even the most eminent Tamil poet Thiruvalluvar have stressed the importance of eating when feeling hungry. He says "A person doesn't need medicine in his life, if he eats the food after the existing food in the stomach is digested properly"

Do we need to take care of Quantity of the Vitamins, Minerals ? 
Eat the taste [ Among the six tastes ] that you like the most. That taste contain the nutrient that your body needs. 

Which Oil to use ? 
It is good to use Cold-Pressed Oil made using Ghani.
