One Minute Meditation - Let's Do It


In this article, I would like to introduce "One Minute Meditation" which takes just One minute to do Meditation. Any place. Any Where. Any Time.

Pre-Condition :
1. Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.
2. Close your eyes.
3. You should not be driving vehicle / any other important activity that needs your concious attention.
4. You need to be in a place where you won't get disturbed for a minute.

Meditation Technique :
1. Slowly observe your natural breath that is coming in and going out.
2. Keep your focus on the tip of the nose.

Don't :
1. Don't do deep breathing conciously.

Additional Tip :
1. During meditation, the mind wanders and it is perfectly OK. Just calm down and bring back your focus to your natural breath.
2. Don't do more than one minute for 21 days. However you can do any number of times in a day whenever you get one minute.

Meditation Timing :
  • 1 Day to 21 Days - 1 Minute ( Anytime )
  • Next 21 Days - 2 Minutes ( Anytime )
  • Next 21 Days - 4 Minutes ( Anytime )
  • Next 21 Days - 8 Minutes ( Anytime )
  • Next 21 Days - 16 Minutes ( Morning / Evening - Same Place & Same Time  )
  • Life Long - 32 Minutes ( Morning / Evening - Same Place & Same Time )

Place / Time :
As per Dr.Nagore Rumi ( Authornof Alpha Meditation ), it is best to do meditation in the same place and time everday. You will go to the meditative state quickly as the vibrations in the place will be pure and clean.
