The Happy Zen’s – Daily Morning Rituals

All the successful people in this world, follows a healthy morning rituals that helps them to be in the top in their profession. How you start your day, define how you perform during the rest of the day. In this article, I have presented the morning ritual that I usually do on a daily basis to keep myself healthy, happy and focused.

The Happy Zen Morning Ritual’s :
1. Oil Pulling
2. Drinking two glasses of water
3. Prayer
4. Reading book
5. Meditation 
6. Listening to Devotional songs
7. Practise Gratitude
8. Affirmations

Strict No's :
1. No WhatsApp / Facebook / Gmail until I board my bus to office. 
2. No watching News
3. No reading Newspaper

Robin Sharma is the author of many successful books like The Stunning Success, Discover your Destiny, Leadership Wisdom, The leader who had no title, etc. He strongly encourages us to wake up at 5 AM to follow a productive morning ritual to kick-start our day.

#1. Rise at 5 AM
#2. Spend your first 20 minutes on exercise
#3. Invest the next 20 working on your plan / goals / dreams
#4. Devote the last 20 to learning
#5. Run this 20/20/20 formula for 66 days
