50 Golden Tips for a Healthier and Happier Life

1.    Eat as much as possible healthy fruits and vegetables.
2.    Drink Vegetable soup freshly prepared @ home.
3.    Drink Herbal Tea
4.    Eat only when feeling Hungry
5.    Stop eating when your stomach is 75% full
6.    Avoid drinking water while eating
7.    Chew the food thoroughly with saliva while eating.
8.    While eating concentrate only on eating the food
9.    Sit in the floor while eating food.
10.  Bless the food before eating
11.  Do a small prayer and Thank God for the food in the plate before starting eating.
12.  Do fasting once in week or once in a month to clean the internal system.
13.  As much as possible drink water in a cup sipping slowly.
14.  Do Oil Pulling daily morning.
15.  Do atleast 20 minutes of physical exercise daily
