- Follow Ahimsa ( Non-Violence ).
- Be Good.

- Be compassionate and kind to everyone.
- Be humble.
- Perform your duty with love and dedication ( Karma Yoga )
- Take care of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body by performing Yoga and Meditation. ( Kriya Yoga)
- Upgrade your wisdom by reading good books ( Gyana Yoga)
- Chant the holy names of God often daily (Bhakti Yoga )
- Take care of your parents.
- Call your parents and Grand parents often
- Eat Satvik food and become a Vegetarian.
- Walk in the path of dharma.
- Share the food with the needy.
- Be content with your life.
- Leave footprints of love and kindness where-ever yo go
- Do all things with love
- Talk only good about others even they are not around.
- Appreciate the good things and people around you.
- Smile and laugh more.
- Don't compare your life with others.
- Surround yourself with good positive and spiritual people.
- Train your mind to see the good in every situation.
- Pray often.
- Place your problems to the lotus feet of God.
- Respect everyone.
- Believe in God.
- See the divinity in the every living being.
- Live in the present moment.
- Be optimistic in every situation.
- Pray, before you eat the food.
- Read holy books like Bhagavad Gita, Sri Madh Bhagavatam, or Holy Bible or Holy Quran or Sai sai Satcharitra, etc.
- Donate 10% of your salary to needy and poor people.
- Have an attitude of Gratitude.
