The Happy Zen - Visualization Technique

In this post, I would like to disclose a most secret visualization technique that is used by all successful people. I have manifested many of my burning desires using this technique. So, practice this technique and enjoy a blissful life filled with joy and peace.

The Happy Zen - Visualization Technique :
Step 1: Sit in comfortable position and close your eyes.
Step 2: Take 10 slow deep breaths.
Step 3: Slowly relax all your body parts from toe to head.
Step 4: Imagine the most happiest moment in your life that has already happened. Feel the joyful emotions and sharing the happiness with everyone. 
( Now you are in Alpha State in-which the subconscious-mind is active )
Step 5 : Imagine a big white screen in-front of you and see that your desire being manifested like a movie in the white screen.
( If you would like to buy a home, visualize that you already bought your dream home and living in your dream home with your loved ones ) 
Step 6 : Affirm "I thank Universe for manifesting my desire. Thank you Thank You"
Step 7: Slowly breath from 10 to 1.
Step 8: Slowly open your eyes.


In this technique, your desire will be implanted in the subconscious mind and it will be manifested for sure. Practice this technique with faith and patience until your desire is manifested.
