Why worry when you can "Be Happy" ?

In a study that happened recently, it is proved that 85% of what we worry about never happens. Whenever a problem occurs, we need to re-program the mind to see the positive side of the problem. With little practice and effort one can master the art of re-programming the mind. 

Happiness is not the absence of problems. It's the ability to deal with them with courage. Happiness does not depend on what happens outside of you, but what happens inside of you. Time heals everything. Give time to your existing problem and believe in the Divine powers and surrender it to the lotus feet of the God. 

Two important mantras that needs to be remembered during the hard times is "Situation will change" and "This too shall pass". I know it is easier said than done, however with regular practice one can fine-tune their mind. 

Incase if you can't do anything about the existing problem, learn the art of acceptance and be happy. If we follow the principle scripted in the below flow chart, I guarantee that your life will be filled with happiness, peace and bliss.  


Just because a person smiles all the time, doesn't mean their life is perfect. The smile is a symbol of Hope and Strength. When you are happy, good hormones like Dopamine, Serotonin, Endorphin's and Oxytocin are secreted in your body which makes you healthy.

Things To-Do : 

  • Have a printout of the above flowchart and paste in your office cubicle or in your home. 
  • Whenever you encounter a problem in your life see this flowchart and take required action. 

Be happy that when others look at you they become happy too.
