Naturopathy - For a Healthier "You"

As per Naturopathy, accumulation of waste/morbid matter in the body is the root cause of all diseases. If you clean the body / mind, all the diseases can be cured. Body ( Each and every Cell) have super Intelligence, that knows the formula to heal the defective organ / part, if you follow the principles of Naturopathy.  

Naturopathy involves the following simple techniques :

1. Eating only natural Food ( Fruits, Vegetable Salad ) 
2. Coconut Kheer ( Mint, Curry Leaves, Coriander, etc ) 
3. Meditation
4. Yoga ( Physical Exercise ) 
5. Fasting ( 24 Hours ) 
6. Enema
7. Eye Cleansing
8. Nasal Cleansing
9. Oil Pulling
10. Eating the food, only when you are feeling Hungry
11. Chewing the food slowly mixed with saliva Consciously. 
12. Sleep peacefully.
